Client Service Terms
Version 2026-09-15.1
WeSupport Client Service Terms
WeSupport.website is a service of Bellavi LLC. These terms cover design, website, and marketing services accepted through the client portal. A written proposal or service agreement that specifically addresses a subject takes priority over these general terms for that subject. Creating a portal password does not purchase services or authorize a charge.
1. Requests and the 48-hour response window
Please allow up to 48 hours, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays, for WeSupport to respond to a change or revision request, review a new task, and confirm whether it can be accepted or scheduled. Time is measured in the America/New_York time zone; the clock pauses on excluded days. This is a response window, not a promise to complete work within 48 hours. Requests received with missing information may require clarification before scope and timing can be confirmed. If review needs longer, the project manager will provide an update and revised response estimate. Urgent or same-day work requires separate written acceptance; availability is not guaranteed.
2. Scope, scheduling, and task acceptance
Only the deliverables, services, revision allowance, and deadlines agreed in writing are included. A submitted request is pending until the project manager accepts it and confirms scope and timing. Portal target dates and client preferred dates are planning dates until confirmed. New features, new design directions, additional pages, campaigns, or work outside the agreed scope require a written estimate and client approval before billable work begins. Delays in client feedback, access, content, payment, or third-party approvals may move the schedule; the project manager will communicate revised dates.
3. Revisions and client feedback
Please designate one decision-maker and submit a clear, consolidated list of revisions through the project workspace. One revision round means one consolidated set of changes within the approved direction and scope. The number of included rounds and the review deadline must be stated in the proposal or confirmed before work starts; unlimited revisions are not included. Unless another review period is agreed, please provide feedback within five business days after a review request, or request an extension. Silence does not approve a design, accept a task, or authorize publication. Work may be placed on hold while feedback is outstanding. Changes to previously approved work may require a new estimate. Corrections needed to bring work into the agreed scope will not be treated as extra creative revision rounds.
4. Approvals and publishing
The client reviews spelling, content, contact details, links, pricing, layouts, and supplied claims before giving written approval. WeSupport obtains written approval before final printing, website launch, or campaign publication unless a written agreement already authorizes the specific action. Approval does not remove WeSupport's responsibility to deliver the agreed work. Later changes may affect cost and timing.
5. Client materials and access
The client supplies accurate content, timely feedback, and authorized access needed for the work, and confirms permission to use supplied logos, photos, fonts, testimonials, and other materials. Do not post passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive credentials in project comments; use an agreed secure access method. Both parties will use nonpublic project information only as needed to perform the services or as required by law, and will limit access to appropriate service providers and personnel.
6. Design deliverables and ownership
The proposal identifies final deliverables, file formats, and whether editable or source files are included. Once the agreed fees for the deliverables are paid, the client receives the ownership or usage rights specified in the proposal; if no different terms are stated, ownership of original final work created specifically for the client transfers upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, code, methods, fonts, stock assets, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. Unselected concepts and working files are excluded unless agreed. Portfolio use of client work requires the client's permission.
7. Website services
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, subscriptions, ongoing maintenance, backups, security monitoring, accessibility reviews, and legal or privacy content are included only when stated in the agreement. The client remains responsible for renewal decisions and business-specific legal content; WeSupport is responsible for any maintenance or renewal duties it expressly accepts. Third-party outages, platform updates, and changes made by others can affect availability or functionality. Report defects promptly so responsibility and a remedy can be assessed. No uninterrupted operation, search ranking, or absolute security is promised.
8. Marketing services and advertising budgets
Management fees are separate from advertising spend and platform charges. Campaign budgets, increases, paid assets, and subscriptions require prior written approval identifying the amount and payer. These terms do not authorize automatic billing or budget increases. Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, the offer, audience, platform decisions, and other factors; no specific sales, leads, reach, ranking, or return is guaranteed. Both parties must ensure advertising claims are truthful and supported, and that required sponsorship and endorsement disclosures are included. The client supplies evidence for business claims; WeSupport may decline misleading or unsupported content. Reports describe available platform data and its limitations.
9. Fees, cancellation, and pauses
Payment amounts, due dates, recurring charges, and cancellation notice periods follow the written proposal or service agreement. No additional fee is created by these terms alone. Either party may request a pause or cancellation in writing. Amounts for authorized completed work and approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs remain payable, subject to the agreement and applicable law. Unused prepaid amounts will be reconciled and any amount due back refunded; deposits are not automatically forfeited. Before pausing for nonpayment, WeSupport will notify the client and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the balance. Resumption dates depend on availability and will be confirmed.
10. Questions, records, and acceptance
Raise questions or concerns with your project manager through the portal or the contact method on your proposal before accepting. We will first try to resolve disputes through a good-faith discussion. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates do not retroactively change accepted terms or agreed project scope; material changes require fresh agreement. By checking the acceptance box and saving your password, you confirm that you have read and agree to this version and are authorized to act for the client. We retain the accepted version, exact terms, account identity, and acceptance time. Email notification preferences are separate and optional.
